Joint efforts of two brothers Mr. Kanhaiyalal Agarwal and Mr. Kalyanmal Agarwal gave birth to Kanhaiyalal Kalyanmal, best known as K.K. Group commence as the manufacturer exporter of garments and textiles, from the last 32 years. They started with domestic sales of Cotton Gray Fabrics and Printed Fabrics.

Adding to the glory, in the year 1969 their sons Mr. Ram Das Agarwal, Mr. Bharat Kumar and Mr. Om Prakash joined the business and started efforts for widening the market and product range. To expand their business in 1971 they joined hands with foreign buyers of U.S.A., Australia, Italy, U.K., and Germany and started its exports of Fabrics, Home Furnishing Items and Ladies Fashion Garments. Road towards the success is always under construction however give new avenues to the existing business through the Indian Garments Fair at New Delhi in the year 1976, where the men behind this company got in touch with some Japanese customers, which gave the boon to the business thereafter.
